What this workflow does

This workflow has 12 nodes and runs when an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL. Along the way it connects QuickBooks Online. It also calls logomyway.com and upload.wikimedia.org over HTTP.

How it runs

Trigger: When an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL.

  1. Get Invoice Data from QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online): work with invoice
  2. Fetch Company Logo Image (HTTP Request): calls logomyway.com
  3. Fetch Company Signature Image (HTTP Request): calls upload.wikimedia.org
  4. Combine Invoice, Logo & Signature (Merge): merges the data from its input branches
  5. Convert Logo to Base (Extract from File): extracts data from a file (binary to propery)
  6. Convert Signature to Base (Extract from File): extracts data from a file (binary to propery)
  7. Prepare All Data for Template (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
  8. Build HTML Invoice from Data (HTML): parses or builds HTML
  9. Convert HTML to Binary File (Convert to File): converts data to a file (to text)
  10. Generate PDF via Gotenberg (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (POST)
