This workflow has 9 nodes and runs on a schedule (every 6 hours). Along the way it connects Google Sheets and Gmail.
How it runs
Trigger: On a schedule (every 6 hours).
- Get Emails (Google Sheets): uses Google Sheets
- Limit: keeps the first few items
- Loop Over Items (Loop Over Items (Split in Batches)): loops over the items in batches
- If: checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Send Email (Gmail): uses Gmail
- Update Records (Google Sheets): append or update
- Wait: waits 10 seconds
- connect (Send Email): sends an email over SMTP
