What this workflow does
This AI workflow has 12 nodes and runs on a schedule (every hour). Along the way it connects OpenRouter Chat Model, Google Sheets and Gmail.
How it runs
Trigger: On a schedule (every hour).
- Config (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 3 fields: sheets_url, extra_filter, limit
- Get Labels (Google Sheets): uses Google Sheets
- Get Messages (Gmail): get many
- AI Agent: runs an AI agent, with model: OpenRouter Chat Model
- Fields For Loop (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 2 fields: threadId, output
- Loop Over Items (Loop Over Items (Split in Batches)): loops over the items in batches
- Create Label if Doesn't exist (Gmail): create (label)
- Get Existing Labels (Gmail): work with label
- Filter: keeps only the items that match a condition
- Gmail: add labels (thread)

- AI Agent v1 (old agent modes) in AI Agent (v1.8): replace with Latest AI Agent node (Tools Agent). For SQL Agent, use a Postgres or MySQL tool with a recent AI Agent.
