What this workflow does
This workflow has 7 nodes and runs on Shopify events. Along the way it connects Shopify and Zendesk.
How it runs
Trigger: On Shopify events.
- Find if order already has a ticket in Zendesk (Zendesk): get many
- Add ticket info to order data (Merge): merges the data from its input branches
- Keep only ticket Id (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- Order exists in Zendesk (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Create new ticket for new orders (Zendesk): uses Zendesk

Nothing in this workflow is removed in n8n 3.0, so it should import and run after the upgrade.
