What this workflow does
This workflow has 9 nodes and runs on Shopify events. Along the way it connects Shopify and Zendesk.
How it runs
Trigger: On Shopify events.
- Add Zendesk contact Id to Shopify data (Merge): merges the data from its input branches
- Search contact by email adress (Zendesk): search (user)
- User exists in Zendesk (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Keep only UserId and email (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- Contact data is modified (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Create contact in Zendesk (Zendesk): work with user
- Update contact in Zendesk (Zendesk): update (user)
