What this workflow does
This workflow has 8 nodes and runs on Shopify events. Along the way it connects Shopify and HubSpot.
How it runs
Trigger: On Shopify events.
- Add Hubspot userId to data (Merge): merges the data from its input branches
- Create or update contact (HubSpot): work with contact
- Find if order already exists as deal (HubSpot): search
- Keep only userId (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- New Order, deal not found (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Create new deal (HubSpot): uses HubSpot
